Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Effective immediately, all purchases made through Year Zero LA are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds for any reason other than receiving an incorrect item or a product that arrives damaged or defective.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@yearzero.la.

Your email must include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Upon review, Year Zero LA may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by Year Zero LA.

Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment. Refunds will not be issued for refused or undeliverable orders.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale. Year Zero LA is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, carrier delays, or packages refused by customs authorities.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Payments made through Coinbase Commerce are final. Any approved refund related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item will be issued based on the original USD transaction amount and may be refunded in cryptocurrency or store credit at our discretion.

Policy Enforcement

Year Zero LA reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy.

Privacy

During checkout, you may choose to provide your email address or phone number to receive order updates and promotional communications. Year Zero LA does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
