Returns or Exchanges

Return and Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Initiate return requests within 7 days from the date your package is delivered, as confirmed by the delivery tracking status.
  • Ensure that clothing items are unworn, have the original tags attached, and are returned in their clear garment packaging with the SKU label visible.

Starting Your Return

  • Visit your order history on our website and select the items you wish to return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will email you a shipping label.

Shipping Returns

  • A shipping label will be provided for eligible returns.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is a result of our shipping error or is defective. In such cases, please contact our customer service for assistance.
  • Shipping and handling charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Processing Returns

  • Allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process your return. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Additional Return Conditions

  • Footwear must be returned with the dust bag, original shoe box, and any other included materials (e.g., hangtags, extra laces), as these are considered part of the product. Place all original shoe boxes inside a shipping box to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. This includes, but is not limited to, socks, publications, and apothecary items (fragrances, candles, incense, grooming products, garment care products).

Policy Enforcement

  • Year Zero LA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policies. Non-compliant returns may be sent back to the original shipping address or issued store credit minus a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Defective Items and Incorrect Orders

  • Report any defects or incorrect orders within the return window by emailing sales@yearzero.la with evidence of the issue.

International Returns

  • Returns from outside the USA are generally not accepted unless items are defective or incorrect. For inquiries before ordering, please contact sales@yearzero.la.

Cryptocurrency Payments

  • Refunds for payments made via Coinbase Commerce will be issued in the same type of cryptocurrency used at checkout, based on the USD equivalent value on the day of the transaction.

Privacy

  • During checkout, you may opt to provide your email or phone number for communications about shipping details and future promotions. Year Zero LA does not sell this information.
