Start a Return

To start a return, use the below link to login to your Shopify customer account and submit a return request:

Log in to your account:
Enter your email address, and then click Continue.
Insert the six-digit verification code that was sent via email or SMS.
Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Return and Refund Policy
To receive a refund for your return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

Returns are accepted for 30 days, starting from the order date.
Returns must be in original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
Returned with original tags and packaging

Footwear must be returned with the dust bag, original shoe box and any other included materials (such as hangtags and extra laces), as these are considered part of the product. All original shoe boxes must be placed inside a shipping box in order to qualify for a return or exchange.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange/store credit. Final Sale items include, but are not limited to, socks, publications, apothecary items (fragrances, candles, incense, grooming products, garment care products, etc...) and any items marked Final Sale.

Year Zero LA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address or issued store credit minus a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Original shipping is not returned.

Exchanges

Year Zero LA offers easy exchanges, feel free to contact sales@yearzero.la with the exchange details, and we would be more than happy to assist.

Return Shipping
Year Zero LA offers free return shipping for defective or incorrect orders. For standard returns, there is a flat $9.99 label fee.

Defective Items/Incorrect Orders

Customers must submit evidence of defects or notify us of incorrect orders within the return window at sales@yearzero.la

International Returns

Returns from outside the USA are not accepted, unless defective or incorrect. Please email our support at sales@yearzero.la prior to ordering for any questions about the product.

Cryptocurrency Payments

For refunds for payments using Coinbase Commerce, the refund amount will be back to the same cryptocurrency used to checkout. The refund amount will be the same USD equivalent value, that was on the day of checkout.

Email and SMS
At checkout, clients may choose to provide their email or phone number for communications including, but not limited to shipping details and future promotions. Year Zero LA does not sell this information.
